題名:蕭邦四首敘事曲的音樂與演奏詮釋

費德列克‧蕭邦 (Frederik Chopin, 1810-1849) 為鋼琴譜寫的敘事曲,替鋼琴音樂開創了新的世界。相較於菲利斯‧孟德爾頌 (Felix Mendelssohn, 1809-1847)的無言歌,蕭邦的「無言的」敘事曲以大型的架構、對比的主題與華麗的尾聲
呈現不同於以往的作品。
本論文依據蕭邦敘事曲的豐富特性,分別從歷史、形式特色以及演奏詮釋
三大面向進行研究,首先從歷史的角度論述敘事曲的發展、蕭邦的音樂風格與
四首敘事曲的創作背景;接下來,透過對於四首敘事曲另外兩個形式要素-造型原則和聲音材料的分析,進行本組作品形式特色的研究與探討,並分別針對結構與調性、旋律素材、主題變形與模進等手法,論述四首敘事曲之間的統整性。之後,為了更進一步解析蕭邦對音樂表現的看法,藉由收集各家錄音版本,進行三位代表性鋼琴家,分別是艾佛瑞‧柯爾托 (Alfred Cortot,1877-1962)、阿圖爾‧魯賓斯坦 (Arthur Rubinstein, 1887-1982)與佛拉吉米爾‧阿敘肯納吉 (Vladimir Ashkenazy, 1937-) 錄音版本的詮釋比較,觀察鋼琴家如何從樂譜上展現蕭邦的原創意圖以及本身對於作品再創作的詮釋角色。論文最後聚焦於蕭邦敘事曲的承先啟後,觀看蕭邦敘事曲如何汲取前輩作曲家,如約翰‧內波慕克‧胡邁爾 (Johann Nepomuk Hummel, 1778-1837)、約翰‧費爾德 (John Field, 1782-1837) 與卡爾‧馬利亞‧馮‧韋伯 (Carl Maria von Weber, 1786-1826)的經驗,而他的音樂又如何影響在他之後的音樂家,如亞歷山大‧史克里亞賓 (Alexander Scriabin, 1872-1915)、家百利‧佛瑞 (Gabriel Faure, 1845-1924)、莫里斯‧拉威爾 (Maurice Ravel, 1875-1937) 與克勞德‧德布西 (Claude Debussy, 1862-1918)。
