題名:廠商如何經由國外夥伴之技術合作提昇企業技術能力--以臺灣資訊電子廠商為例

過去對於企業間國際技術移轉活動的研究大多將研究焦點放在探討技術移轉活動的績效,而少有研究以資源能力變化的觀點探討廠商與國外夥伴的技術合作後對於廠商自身技術能力提昇的影響及其決定因素。近年來,有關知識管理(KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT)和跨國界策略聯盟的組織學習現象逐漸受到重視,因此,本研究擬嘗試探討跨國界知識/技術移轉活動中的組織學習現象並建立廠商組織間學習關鍵影響因素的分析架構,並以台灣資訊電子廠商為實證對象進行分析,探討廠商在和外國廠商進行技術合作過程中對於自身技術能力提昇的關鍵影響因素,經由實證研究分析結果得知,廠商的吸收能力、非自願性技術移轉的策略意圖、合作雙方的互動關係、組織間的差異性、合作夥伴的透明度皆為廠商技術合作中影響知識/技術接受廠商在合作中學習結果一技術能力提昇的關鍵影響因素。
Typical researches on international technology transfer focus on the performance of technology transfer. Little has derived from the perspective of changing resources and capabilities in technologically collaborating with foreign firms. In recent years, organizational learning effect in knowledge management and cross-border strategic alliances caught tremendous attention. Hence, this study intends to analyze learning effect and factors that affect firms' learning performance in cross-border technological collaboration. Empirically studying Taiwanese information technology firms, this study focuses on influencing factors of Taiwanese firms' indigenous capability enhancement through transferring and learning from their foreign partners.
