更年期婦女處於一個健康多變化的時期，對於身心的變化、日常生活的保健及更年期健康相關議題等，常會困擾更年期婦女。本研究的主要目的在探討更年期婦女自覺不確定感、健康行為執行情況及兩者之相關情形。研究設計採立意取樣，針對61位40-60歲之社區更年期婦女，以結構式問卷，進行訪談資料收集。結果發現：更年期婦女在自覺不確定感平均值為2.82；健康行為執行程度平均值為3.47（即能做到69.4%的程度），最能做到的健康行為依次排序為：心理健康、健康責任、營養、運動。更年期婦女之個人屬性與自覺不確定感及健康行為，均未具顯著相關。但更年期婦女自覺不確定感與健康行為兩者呈現顯著負相關（r=-.422， p<.005）。建議應提供一致性且多元化的更年期保健醫療資訊，健康服務及健康知識予更年期婦女。在衛教更年期婦女健康行為時，自覺不確定感是重要的評估因素。

　　　　　Perimenopausal women experience profound physical and psychological changes and must deal with these changes and related issues, often on a daily basis. Consequently, they may feel frustrated. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between perceived uncertainty and health behaviors of per menopausal women. Purposive sampling and a structured questionnaire were used to collect data from 61 women in the community of northern Taiwan; their age range was 40-60 years. Results revealed a mean score on perceived uncertainty of 2.82; the mean score on health behaviors changes was 3.47 (frequency, 69.4%). Health behaviors ranked from the most to the least achievable were psychological health, self-promotion actions, proper diet, and adequate exercise. The personal attributions/characteristics, such as age, educational level and menopausal status were not significantly related to perceived uncertainty and health behaviors. However, perceived uncertainty and health behaviors were significantly negatively related (r=-.422， p<.005) which means that women who scored higher in perceived uncertainty scored lower on practiced health behaviors. Findings suggest that perceived uncertainty is crucial factor for health providers to assess when guiding per menopausal women to practice Healthy behaviors. Moreover, providers' health teaching and clinical practice need to be consistent and multidimensional to reduce per menopausal women's perceived uncertainty.
