本研究主要目的是調查影響海域休閒活動參與者對遊憩衝突的感受，以及分析不同類型海域休閒活動參與者在遊憩衝突認知上的差異，地點選定為屏東縣墾丁國家公園南灣海灘遊憩區，區內具有多樣化的海域休閒活動及遊憩設施供不同類型活動喜好者參與，為一全國知名的海域休閒活動盛行之地區。本研究針對現場不同類型海域休閒活動參與者實施問卷調查，計發出問卷206份，回收問卷199份，有效問卷148份，透過次數分配、平均數、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示，海域休閒活動參與者以年輕高學歷的民眾為主，參與的活動類型以沙灘遊憩活動居多，參與量以一年三次以上居多，全體在衝突感受上略微明顯，不同年齡層及不同月收入的受訪者在遊憩衝突感受上有顯著差異存在，不同參與活動類型及參與量的參與者在進憩衝突感受上有顯著差異存在。建議未來在規劃、管理海域休閒遊憩區時，宜考慮不同類型海域休閒活動問的衝突，劃分衝突感受高之活動類型之活動區域，並適度規範參與者的行為，以區隔不同類型進憩活動的參與者以減少衝突感受，提升其滿意度。

This study investigates participants’ feelings toward recreational conflicts and analyzes the differences from various participants reactions to of recreational conflict. The site for this study was the beachside recreation area of South Bay Beach in Kenting National Park in Pingtung County, which provides diversified coastal recreational activities and wide range of recreational facilities. A questionnaire survey collected data from various participants of coastal recreational activities. There were 148 valid replies. The statistical methods included frequency distribution, mean, t-test and one- way ANOVA. The results show that most participants are young and highly educated. Most people participated in beach recreational activities more than three times a year. The results of all subjects presented slightly significant conflict feelings, while different ages, incomes, participating types and times produced are differences. The result suggested that when recreational shore zones are planned and administrated, the conflicts among various coastal recreational activities should be separated into high conflict recreational zones. In order to reduce conflict feelings and promote satisfaction, participants’ behaviors should be standardized by distinguishing various kinds of participants.
