This study explores the relationship between attitude toward recreational sport and their recreational sport behavior. A structural questionnaire was designed to collect data regarding social factors, recreational sport behavior, and their recreational sport attitude. Through One-way MANOVA, the result showed that respondents who held different attitudes toward recreational sport also had different recreational sport behavior. Respondents who agree that recreational sport can improve social relationships preferred ball games, and their participation lasted longer. People who stated a preference for exercise participated longer, and felt that doing exercise was easy. Furthermore, people who are willingly participated in recreational sport exercised often.
