本研究針對社區化就業服務是否可考慮採取個案委託付費方式，透過立意取樣之焦點團體與深度訪談等質性研究方法來蒐集資料，以了解相關人員與機構對此一問題的看法。研究結論指出：雖然實施個案委託付費制度確實有可能改善現行社區化就業服務的部分缺點，但因為目前相關應備條件尚未成熟，加以新制度也很可能會帶來新問題，因此目前仍以修正現行制度並加強準備實施個案委託制度的應備條件為宜。相關建議與意涵於文中討論之。

This study examines the feasibility of contract-out by individual in the community-based employment service for people with disabilities. The research methods of this study are focus group and in-depth interview by purposive sampling. In general, this study concludes that now the better way for the community-based employment service for people with disabilities is to modify the current institution and do the preparation for future possible contract-out by individual. The suggestions and implications are discussed.
