This study reviews and explores the law system and the development trend of vocational education in Germany by means of a document analysis. The text is divided into five parts. The first part , it introduces the motivation of this study and the subject. The second part discusses the historical development of the laws of German vocational education, including the early vocational education and the modern vocational education. The third part explains the law system of vocational education and comments on the revising trend of the new vocational education law, which includes legalization, efficientization, diversification, flexiblization and internationalization. Finally, the author shows that the great achievement of Germaen vocational education is accredited to the execution of law perspective and culture perspective, so it can be a reference for the development of Taiwanese vocational education as well.
