本文在團體行為的層面上，針對「團體情緒」的相關研究進行文獻的分析與整理。首先整理團體情緒研究的背景脈絡，並說明團體情緒形成的可能歷程；接著探究團體情緒對個人層面與團體層而產生的影響；最後整理團體情緒的未來研究方向，作為團體研究之參考。

The purpose of this study is to analyze and arrange the reference articles of group's emotion. In the first, one arranges the context of researches of group's emotion; secondly, one explores the influence of group's emotion to individual and group; finally, one raises several dimensions for future research.
