本文旨在分析以個案電腦點選設備選用的相關研究，以作為未來研究或臨床專業人員為身心障礙者選用電腦點選設備之參考。筆者從國內外重要電子資料庫中蒐集6 篇相關實徵性研究，分析後發現，過去的受試對象多以腦性麻痺者為主，並採用單一受試實驗設計蒐集個案的操作表現以決定適配設備。在測量工具方面，多以客觀評估軟體評量受試對象在移動點選任務的操作表現， 並以正確率作為表現指標。

This paper aims to provide researchers and clinical professionals a referral for selecting the computer pointing devices for people with disabilities in the future, by reviewing the related studies. The authors analyzed 6 studies searched from the electronic databases. The results of reviewing indicated that the major subjects in these studies were people with cerebral palsy, all of these studies used single subject design to collect the data of computer performance and to decide the most appropriate computer pointing device. Most of these studies used objective assessment tool to measure the performance of task of pointing and selecting, and explored popularly with accuracy served as indicators.
