本文旨在藉由分析過去電腦點選設備操作表現相關研究,以了解評估身心障礙者使用點選設備時應該注意哪些重要效標以及如何進行評估。筆者從國內外重要電子資料庫蒐集21 篇相關實徵性研究,在分析後發現,過去研究對象多以肢體障礙者為主,其研究目的多在比較設備間的操作表現,並常以滑鼠作為實驗設備;多數論文只探討移動點選的滑鼠任務,並以正確率及總時間作為表現指標。此外,亦顯示實驗設備挑選欠缺客觀的評估流程以及缺乏功能性任務的評量工具。筆者根據前述發現對未來研究提出相關的建議。
This paper aims to explore the essential indicators and procedures for assessing the performance of pointing devices for people with disabilities, by reviewing the related studies. The authors analyzed 21 studies searched from the electronic databases. The results of reviewing indicated that the major subjects in these studies were people with physical disabilities; most of these studies aimed to compare the performance between devices, usually comparing with mouse; the performance of task of pointing and selecting was explored popularly with accuracy and total time served as indicators. In addition, selecting devices without objective assessment procedure and lacking tools to assess functional tasks were also found in these studies. The authors also provide some suggestions for the studies in the future.
