當工作與生活平衡成為一個職場上的新興議題時,本研究深入探討其內涵以及對於企業離職率與生產力之影響。結合問卷調查法及次級資料庫,我們一共蒐集120家台灣企業樣本,並結合集群分析與階層迴歸分析後發現,企業有完整而廣泛的工作與生活平衡群組,會為企業帶來更高的生產力與較低的離職率。本研究提供了實質證據支持工作與生活平衡實務不僅能協助員工有效管理工作與非工作間的角色需求,也能帶給對企業成長正向的影響。
This study aimed to integrate the emerging concept of "work-life" practices and examine the effects of work-life bundles on organizational turnover and productivity. Using survey and secondary data sources, this study analyzed 120 Taiwanese firms using cluster and regression analysis to test hypotheses. Our findings indicate that firms with a comprehensive work-life bundle have better organizational productivity and lower employee turnover compared to other firms. This study provides empirical evidences that work-life practices are beneficial to multiple organizational performance indicators. In addition, we provide valuable insights by demonstrating that a comprehensive set of work-life bundle is more effective in helping employees face multiple and complex work and non-work demands.
