本文從創造性身體運作出發，思考身體運作如何能夠進行心理事件的轉化，透過舞蹈治療個案，探問二個問題。第一，如果在治療中，個案的確經歷了某種心理轉化（psychological transformation）的話，那麼在這個轉化得以可能的醞釀歷程中，「身體」這個因素扮演了什麼樣的角色？第二，舞蹈治療師在這之中做了什麼，他這麼做的意義為何？本文藉身體運作之線索整理出「創造性身體運作」所進行的活動之核心特性，以及身體做為媒介所帶來心靈的轉化，其經驗基礎的完整歷程，並由此建立對身體運作的適當理解與心理歷程之引導。

This article commences with creative body movement, and considers how body movement transforms psychological events. Through a case study of dance therapy, I probe two questions. First, if the client does undergo certain psychological transformation during the therapy process, then in the possible becoming period of transformation, what is the role of ”body”? Second, what did the dance therapist do during the period, and what was the significance of his/her so doing? By the investigation of the body movement, this article systematically developed of a concept (or theory) of ”Creative Body Movement”. From the core qualities of creative body activities, the psychological transformation brought by the body as vehicle, and the complete process of basic experiences, this discussion builds up the optimal understanding of body movement, and the guidance of psychological process.
