學生學習成效(student learning outcomes)儼然成為教育部看待我國高等教育的準則,從教學卓越計畫、高等教育評鑑,到技職體系大學的典範學校等,無一不以學習成效為依歸。此篇文章首在援引美國高等教育評鑑之精神、名詞解析,進而探討我國建制學習成效評估,在各系所運作過程中常見的疑慮與挑戰;透過案例研究,為各項挑戰與兩難提出一個新的思考方向,以求解套與制度的生根落實。文末,則又回歸高等教育評鑑之精神,提供各校執行成效評估在策略規劃上的可行之道,也為未來的評鑑方向提供政策上的建議。
