林書豪崛起後所引領的風潮,不只是他的哈佛高學歷,也讓人們知道打籃球並非只是頭腦簡單四肢發達而己,他的每一次精彩出手,都是信念、毅力與智慧淬鍊而成的結晶。在美國林書豪顯然已是NBA近來所樹立的最佳形象大使。反觀臺灣職棒運動員打假球事件對推動棒球運動帶來很大的負面影響,也使整個體育界蒙上陰影。根據棒協對打假球事件的檢討,歸因於過去教練錯誤觀念影響運動員的價值觀。由於教練對運動員影響不只侷限於技術層面,更影響到價值觀建立與品格養成。本研究目的旨在透過林書豪的成功歷程,探究優秀教練應建構的教練理念之必要性,以確立教練角色的使命與核心價值,使成為各級運動教練的培訓依據。本研究運用文獻分析法,透過國內外相關運動教練學理論的蒐集與比較,歸納出結論:運動教練本身除了要建立正確的教練哲學基礎理念,還應強調運動員品格培養而非只注重比賽結果。優秀運動教練須隨時充實本身專業修養,不斷研究改進訓練方法與增加實務技能的知識更新,帶領並指導運動員專心投入訓練和比賽,方能挑戰設定的目標,為國家爭取最高榮譽。
Jeremy Lin created so-called ”Linsanity'' in the NBA, not only because his Harvard educated but also his skills and attitude. Every wonderful shot he made is a concentrate of faith, perseverance and wisdom. The Chinese Professional Baseball League match-fixing scandal has a great deal of negative impact on the promotion of baseball, also cast a shadow over the entire sports community. According to the investigation report by Chinese Taipei Baseball Association, the reason why the players were involve in the match-fixing is because of improper value taught by coaches. The influence of sports coaches to players is not only limited to technical aspect, but also about value and character. This study adopted method of literature analysis, collecting and comparing domestic and foreign sports coaching theories. We concluded that sports coaches have to establish correct coaching philosophy and put emphasis on character education instead of the results of the games. Also, they ought to enhance their professional knowledge all the time and keep improving training methods and practical skills. Finally, sports coaches must instruct the players to concentrate on training and competition and strive for the highest honor.
