自我效能理論在Bandura(1977)提出後就不斷的被應用在運動情境中,並有大量的實證結果支持自我效能與運動表現等之間的關係。但在競爭激烈的運動場上,運動員往往不是孤軍奮戰,而會與重要他人形成一段緊密的對偶關係,關係中雙方對自我和對方的能力評價則是影響自我效能的重要因素。Lent與Lopez(2002)提出了三重效能信念模式,其核心概念便是描繪運作於互動關係中的效能信念。近年來,陸續出現與三重效能信念模式的相關研究。本文將提出三重效能的定義、測量以及過去實證研究的發現。最後藉由說明三重效能在運動情境中可能對個體認知、情意、和行為的影響,希望將三重效能薦入運動心理學領域中,提供一個探討對偶關係的新興觀點與一些應用上的建議。
Self-efficacy has been well studied in sport contexts since Bandura (1977) first published the construct of self-efficacy. Mass of articles has been proven the relationships between self-efficacy and sport performance. However, athletes are never alone, instead, athlete would form a close interaction dyads relationships with significant others. The ability appraisal within relationship is also an important consideration in the development of one's self-efficacy beliefs. Lent and Lopez (2002) proposed the tripartite efficacy beliefs model; the core construct of this model is to depict efficacy beliefs underlie in an interacted relationship. Recent years, sport psychologists began to explore related researches about tripartite efficacy. Therefore, current article started from the introduction of the definition and measurement, and then reviewed the results from previous empirical researches. Lastly, the article also recommended the tripartite efficacy beliefs within the field of sport and exercise psychology through the summary of the effects of tripartite efficacy on individual's cognitions, affects, and behaviors.
