In 2014, there were 2,355 youth players who participated in the national youth table tennis championships. The numbers of participants have grown steadily over the years. We would like to organize a fair and timesaving drawing system. The purpose of this paper was to modify the single knock out system of international para table tennis competition by the three single knock-out competition system. This paper concludes that it is a revolutionary change in competition procedures. In the past, losers had to ballot position first. Currently, all players ballot at the same time by a referee using the computer system. This unified draw is in compliance with equal chance for all players. Because of the large number of tournament bracket in the competition, we may use the program to complete the new draw in a short time. The drawing system also determines the position number cannot be repeated at three times. This prevents the players from competing again in the first round. Such changes improve the traditional manual draw, while addressing the problem of time-consuming. The effective competition program may enhance the fairness and efficiency of competition, and assist organizers held the multi knock-out tournament system. Therefore, the development of this program effectively enhances the competition level and the system can help organize a major game, using this multi knock-out competition system for table tennis.
