     組織文化已成為今日各種組織在進行組織變革過程時的重要影響力量之一。然而 由於組織文化內涵的分歧與複雜,常使管理者無法明確界定其與組織變革間的關係,並採取 適當的因應策略。本文之目的即在於分別從「主體」與「客體」觀點,分析組織文化所具備 的不同意涵,以及不同文化意涵在組織變革中所可能形成的影響,最後提出管理者可採行的 因應策略。筆者希望經由本文討論,一方面能釐清組織文化的內涵,另方面亦能有助於管理 者妥善運用組織文化因素,促成組織變革的成功。
     Though organizational culture is one of the important factors of organizational change, but students usually do not concern what status or roles that organizational culture should be. This paper will try to clear the problem. It will use subjective/ objective viewpoint to classify the meanings that organizational culture have in organizational change and what managers can do due to different organizational culture view.
