Employment of ethnic minority college students in northwest China has received much concern from the government,the society,schools,families as well as many researchers. As a long-term sustainable investment in improving the quality of laborers in human capital,educational investment has a significant impact on the employment of the students in the future. The in-depth analysis of the school’s educational investment in ethnic minority college students,their satisfaction of the programs,the bilingual education investment,and the family education investment reveals that it is necessary to give some preferential policies for ethnic minority students,offer employment-oriented programs,train more qualified bilingual teachers,enhances the Chinese proficiency of ethnic minority college students,and encourage their families to pay more attention to higher education and welcome bilingual education with more participation.
