西北地區少數民族大學生的就業問題牽動著政府、社會、學校、家庭以及眾多研究者的注意力。教育投資作為人力資本中提高勞動者素質的長期持續性投入,對受教育者未來的勞動就業產生著顯著影響。深入分析學校對少數民族大學生的教育投入、少數民族大學生對學校專業設置的滿意度、針對雙語教育的投入以及家庭對少數民族大學生的教育投入等情況表明:需要對民族地區少數民族大學生給予政策傾斜支持;將民族院校的專業設置與學生的就業預期進行更好的銜接;進一步加大基礎(義務)教育階段的雙語師資力量,努力提升少數民族大學生的漢語使用能力;同時還應著力提升少數民族家庭對高等教育的重視程度,增強對雙語教育的認可程度和參與程度。
Employment of ethnic minority college students in northwest China has received much concern from the government,the society,schools,families as well as many researchers. As a long-term sustainable investment in improving the quality of laborers in human capital,educational investment has a significant impact on the employment of the students in the future. The in-depth analysis of the school’s educational investment in ethnic minority college students,their satisfaction of the programs,the bilingual education investment,and the family education investment reveals that it is necessary to give some preferential policies for ethnic minority students,offer employment-oriented programs,train more qualified bilingual teachers,enhances the Chinese proficiency of ethnic minority college students,and encourage their families to pay more attention to higher education and welcome bilingual education with more participation.
