【目的/意義】為進一步加強政府獲取公眾信息的能力、有效提高政民互動的效率。【方法/過程】使用文本分析、關聯規則Apriori方法對政務微博"平安北京"的公眾評論文本數據進行用戶觀點的挖掘與分析。【結果/結論】最終從評論數據中識別出公眾對事件的關注點、公眾期待等有助于政府理解民意的相關信息。

【Purpose/significance】In order to strengthen the government’s ability to acquire public information and efficiently improve the efficiency of interaction between government and the public.【Method/process】The paper uses text mining and Apriori to mine the opinions of public online reviews on one government affair microblog"Peace Beijing".【Results/conclusion】The paper finds the related information which is helpful for government to understand the will of the peoplesuch as concerns and expectation of the public on different events from the comment data
