【目的/意義】隨著移動互聯時代的到來,互聯網社區得到蓬勃發展。面對越來越激烈的同類競爭,如何能夠吸引用戶流量并留住用戶成為社區成功的關鍵。【方法/過程】本文選取成員知識分享這一視角,采用社會資本理論,從社會互動聯結、信任和共同愿景三個維度分析和探討知識分享對用戶粘性的影響。為評價理論模型,進行問卷調研,共收到303份有效問卷,采用結構方程模型對樣本數據進行了模型檢驗。【結果/結論】知識分享通過社會互動聯結和信任的中介作用對用戶粘性產生正向影響。共同愿景在知識分享與用戶粘性間的作用不顯著。本研究通過揭示虛擬社區中知識分享對用戶粘性的作用機制,拓展了現有研究對網絡參與行為的認識。
【Purpose/significance】In the social network era, virtual communities(VC) have achieved a major success. How-ever, the competition among VC are getting more and more intense. Therefore, attracting user traffic and keeping them stayin the community become the key to the success in the cyber industry.【Method/process】Based on Social Capital Theory,this paper investigates how knowledge sharing influences user stickiness in virtual communities through the three dimen-sions of social capital(social interaction ties, trust and shared vision).The model is tested with data from 303 online commu-nity members in china.【Result/conclusion】Results show that knowledge sharing has directly influence on all three facets ofsocial capital, and based on social interaction ties and trust, indirectly leads to user stickiness. The effect of shared visionon user stickiness is not significant. This study sheds light on the mechanism behind the formation of user stickiness, ad-vancing the previous understanding on user engagement in virtual communities.
