組織中的高質量聯結(HQC)指工作中短期的積極互動關系。它能使交往雙方體驗到活力、積極關照與相互交融,並具有高情感承載力、關系張力與聯結力三個特征。目前,HQC已成為積極組織行為學關注的熱點問題之一,它不僅對個體生理健康、工作態度、學習行為具有積極影響,還能通過組織過程、高管團隊的決策與張力、團隊創新力作用於組織。而認知、情感和行為機制是構建與強化HQC的重要方法。未來HQC研究需要對其影響因素、構建與強化機制間關系做進一步討論。
High-quality connections(HQC) refers to short-term, dyadic, positive interactions at work. It has three structural features, i.e. higher emotional carrying capacity, tensility and connectivity of the connections, which can make connected individuals experience vitality and aliveness, positive regard and mutuality of the connection. HQC has received much attention in the field of positive organizational scholarship because it not only has positive impacts on physiological health, work attitude, learning behaviors of individuals, but can facilitates organizational development through organizational process, top management team decisionmaking and resilience, and team creativity. Mechanisms in terms of cognition, emotion and behavior are significant methods to build and strengthen HQC. Future studies should further examine antecedents, construction and reinforcement of HQC as well as the relationships between mechanisms.
