This study primarily researched into the relationship among personality traits of enterprise workers, knowledge sharing, organizational innovation climate, and technological creativity. First of all, we studied the current trends and developments of technological creativity. Secondly, we studied the relationship between workers' personality traits and knowledge sharing, and the question whether workers personality traits had positive influence on technological creativity. Next, we studied the relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational innovation climate, and the question whether knowledge sharing had positive influence on technological creativity. Lastly, we studied the questions whether organizational innovation climate had positive influence on knowledge sharing, and whether it had positive influence on technological creativity.
This study applied in-depth interview and questionnaire. Nine hundred eighty nine questionnaires were distributed to enterprise workers. Six hundred sixty eight questionnaires were returned, which was a return rate of 67.5%. Five hundred ninety six questionnaires were valid, which was a valid return rate of 60.3%. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and SEM to test all the hypotheses mentioned above. According to the data analysis and research findings, the conclusions were made as following:
1. Encouraging technological creativity is the key to advancing the enterprise competitiveness, and the motive power to lead the organization.
2. The enterprise workers’ performance of knowledge sharing and technological creativity for enterprises are affected by the variables of demography and enterprise property. Through the self-inspection, the enterprise can create an environment that allow workers to perform their potentials and creativities which would increase the enterprise completeness and long term operation.
3. Workers' personality traits, knowledge sharing and organizational innovation climate, correlate positively to technological creativity. Positive applications of the first three factors can advance workers technological creativity in an enterprise.
4. Positive utilization of workforce, creation of positive organizational climate, and promotion of knowledge sharing will positively contribute to advancement of technological creativity of an enterprise.
Finally, current findings and conclusions provide future researchers suggestions in research topics, research subjects, and research content, and also offer enterprises practical suggestions.
