本研究旨在瞭解釣客人格特質、知覺風險與休閒效益之情況,探討釣客基本屬性與人格特質、知覺風險與休閒效益之關係,進而建構並驗證「人格特質、知覺風險與休閒效益模式」。研究對象為釣客,採問卷調查的方式,共獲得有效問卷500 份。經回顧相關理論並運用結構方程模式的分析後,得到「人格特質、知覺風險與休閒效益模式」。結果顯示:本研究之「人格特質、知覺風險與休閒效益模式」,整體適配度良好。由模式得知人格特質會負向且顯著地影響知覺風險、知覺風險會負向且顯著地影響休閒效益、人格特質會正向且顯著地影響休閒效益。根據以上結果對釣客管理單位提出經營管理策略,並對後續研究提出相關建議。
The purpose of this research was to establish a conceptual model of personality, perceived risk, and leisure benefits. The specific objectives were as follows: 1. to understand anglers' personality, perceived risk, and leisure benefits; 2. to construct and validate the structural model among personality, perceived risk, and leisure benefits; and 3. to examine the causal relationships among personality, perceived risk, and leisure benefits. A total of 500 valid questionnaires were collected from anglers. Establishing from the previous literature, a proposed model was tested and found that personality, perceived risk are antecedents of leisure benefits. The overall proposed model fit the data well. After conducting the Structural Equation Modeling, the results showed that the personality negatively and significantly influenced perceived risk; perceived risk negatively and significantly influenced leisure benefits; personality positively and significantly influenced leisure benefits. According to the aforementioned study results, this study proposed some managerial suggestions for anglers' management. Finally, the recommendations for future research were also discussed.
