題名:運動技術創造力及知識分享對個人績效之影響運動員自我效能之中介效果

本研究主要目的是:一、分析運動員運動技術創造力對於知識分享及個人績效的影響;二、探討運動員自我效能為中介效果,剖析運動技術創造力、知識分享及個人績效的關聯性。本研究主要受測者是選自目前正在役運動員,其中包含網球、田徑、排球等項目,共250位運動員(男性 176人、女性74人),利用Cronbach’s α、因素分析、Pearson 相關分析、迴歸分析及路徑Pearson 相關分析分析進行分析。研究結果發現:運動員之運動技術創造力中運動員創造力及分析力分別對於個人績效中任務績效及團隊績效均呈顯著影響,由此可見,運動員的創造力及技術力,對於個人績效中的任務績效及團隊績效均會有所提升。運動員自我效能對於運動員創造力及技術力,與團隊績效及任務績效有顯著影響,也就是說,運動員自我效能的提升,對於其創造力及技術力水準之增廣,進而提昇團隊績效及任務績效。
The main purposes or the research are : (1) Analyzing the influence of sportsmen's creativity of sports skills on individual performance and knowledge sharing; (2) Sportsmen's self-efficacy is mediating effects by which explores the relevance of individual performance, knowledge Sharing, and creativity ingenuity of sports skills. The object of the study is 250 active sportsmen, 176 males and 74 females, whose specialties are in the filed of tennis, athletics, or volleyball. Via Cronbach’s α, Factor Analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, Route Analysis, the research demonstrates that the creativity and analytical capability of sportsmen’s creativity ingenuity of sports skills both have distinct impact on task Performance and team performance. Thus, the creativity and skills of sportsmen are able to enhance individual task performance and team performance. Sportsmen's Self-efficacy, the creativity and analytical capability, task performance, and team performance have positive correlation. Namely, the improvement of sportsmen's Self-efficacy not only accompanies the enlargement of their creativity ingenuity and skills, but also enhances team performance and task performance.
