本研究探討如何整合多元方法以更充分考量消費者的需求,來建構數位化環境下更貼心且簡易之使用者介面,以提供有線電視顧客的更佳服務。首先運用模糊德菲法來徵詢產、官、學界等多元專家意見,以達成並獲致有線數位電視的使用者介面內容共識。其次透過專家意見與階層分析法,來確定有線數位電視使用者介面中每個服務項目的權重。接著根據前述結果發展出使用者介面測試版,再經由四個場次的焦點團體座談,以收集不同背景的消費者意見。最後,再透過深度訪談分析法,進一步瞭解使用者對有線數位電視介面在實際操作上的看法和心得,並據以調整成正式的使用者介面。本論文的研究結果除了幫助有線電視運營商瞭解客戶的需求和偏好,以開發和設計出更符合市場需求的使用者介面,有利於其更順利轉換成數位化之服務外;同時透過更貼心且簡易之使用者介面,可提高國人對數位化視訊服務的接受度,更有助於國家數位化政策的順利推動。另本論文提出雙產品的具體建議,一方面業者可使用基本功能的數位電視機上盒鞏固營收,一方面可以使用高階的數位電視機上盒開創新的營收來源。
This study investigates how to integrate diverse methods and provide more comprehensive considerations of consumers’ needs to develop more subscriber friendly and easy-to-use user interfaces in digital environments, thereby providing better services to cable TV subscribers. First, various opinions of experts from industry, government, and academia are gathered using a fuzzy Delphi method to achieve and obtain consensus on the content of user interfaces for digital cable TV. Second, the weight of each service item for the digital cable TV user interface is determined by employing an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and experts’ opinions. Subsequently, based on the results mentioned above, a trial version of a user interface is developed, and opinions are obtained from consumers of various backgrounds through 4 focus group interviews. Finally, in-depth interviews are conducted to further obtain users’ experiences and opinions on the practical operations of the developed digital cable TV interface. Based on this feedback, the user interface is modified to achieve a formal version. The results of this research can be used to assist cable TV operators in understanding customers’ needs and preferences, allowing them to develop and design user interfaces that better meet market demands. Thus, it facilitates the digitalization of services within cable TV operations. Furthermore, by providing more user friendly and easy-to-use user interfaces, domestic consumers’ acceptance of digitized video services can be improved, thereby facilitating the promotion of domestic digitization policies. Additionally, this study provides specific recommendations for a double product. Industry operators can consolidate their revenues through basic-function digital TV set-top boxes and employ premium digital TV set-top boxes to create additional revenue sources.
