     本研究之具體目的在於: 1.以半導體廠商為例,說明「創新的交易成本」對「技術創新政策」的涵意。 2.探討技術創新政策與創新交易成本的關係。 經實證分析後,本研究發現: 1.依據「創新交易成本」的概念,可將半導體IC業,區分為「利基導向型」與「規模經濟型」交易成本兩種事業群組類型。 2.創新交易成本類型不同的事業群組,其技術政策不相同。 (1)利基導向型交易成本的事業群組,其技術政策多屬「產品創新型」。 (2)規模經濟型交易成本的事業群組,其技術政策多屬「製程創新型」。 這些發現,對於管理理論及實務應用,具有下列幾項涵意: 1.提出「創新交易成本」的概念,作為區分事業群組的基礎。 2.區分「技術創新政策」創型,有俾於探討各類事業群組技術創新政策的內容。 3.廠商應認清自身所具有的創新交易成本特質,並採取適當的技術創新政策類型。
