本文主要是從兒童諮商督導實務中,實踐督導理論的精隨,也進一步結合理論與實務經驗,期能從督導者角度來探討一個完整的督導歷程,除整理出一套對培育兒童諮商師結構清晰的三階段督導架構,並說明各階段的任務和功能。且實際分析督導者以Bernard區辨模式中的九種督導行為中的三種,如何實際應用在對兩位兒童諮商師的督導實務,做簡要的歷程分析。期能透過這樣的分析與探討,了解一位督導者在整個督導過程的思考與行動,進而協助兒童諮商師在概念化、歷程化以及個人化三向度的自我覺察以及自我成長的過程。
The purpose of this study is to apply theory of supervision in children counseling and integrate a set of supervision structure, including stages of supervision and tasks. This study also apply Bernard’s discrimination model to lead counselors into awareness of their conceptualization skills, personalization skills, intervention skills. By this analysis and discussion, the author intends to understand supervisors’ supervising behaviors and assist children counselors’ professional growth.
