This research uses an investigate model to analyze the most favorite exercises of around 1,000 college students. Each student are allowed to select three favorite exercises out of 48 exercise options offered in a vocational institute by students who are 18 to 22 year old. The investigation shows that the favorite ten exercise items in an descending order for the whole students are Billiards, Tennis, Archery, Leisure Sports, Badminton, Dodge Ball, Boxing, Basketball, Body-Guard Skill, and Kendo. However, male students prefer Billiards, Archery, Basketball, Boxing, Baseball, kendo, Tennis, Badminton, Dodge Ball, and Mountain-Climbing. The favorite ten exercises of female students are Tennis, Leisure Actions, Billiards, Standard Dancing, Body-Guard Skill, Badminton, Dodge-Ball, Oxygen-dancing, Archery, and In-Line Skates. However, among these ten exercises, five items are the favorites of both female student and male students. The investigation result is compared with existing research reports, and suggestions are presented at the end of this paper.
