在研究影響足球比賽勝負之因素時,一般多著重在整隊或個人攻防技術之表現,常忽略掉一個很重要的關鍵,即掌控球隊所有運作舵手—教練。一個好的教練能清楚地了解要器個球員的特性與心理,並凝聚團隊的士氣,做出最適當的決策與調度,以組合出最佳陣容,讓下場的每個球員適才適所的執行交付的任務,將整體戰力發揮到淋漓盡致,以達到克敵致勝之目標。 通常當我們在設計問卷時,總是希望能設計出一些代表性之問題來衡量我們所研究之主題,而調查所得到的資料,總是依慣例地去估一些統計的分析,以說明其代表意義。但傳統之問卷是讓受訪者在數個選項中勾選出一個較適當之答案,這種非此即彼之二分法方式,會產生勾選的答案並非絕對,而其未勾選的並非不曾發生,如此所得到之資料往往會扭曲事實之真象,而失之偏頗。為改善傳統問卷之缺失,本文利用模糊之概念,允許受訪者在個選項中填寫百分比,以反應出其內心真正的感受。並根據此模糊問卷進一頻建構教練與球隊配適的模糊指標及定義出一教練與球隊配適之警訊燈號,以用來評量教練與球隊互動性之優劣。在本文中且指出傳統指標不過是模糊指標的一個特例,以證實模糊指標的實用性。
Most studies on factors which bring influences to the wining or losing of a game put so much emphasis on offense/defense performance of team or individual team members so as to neglect the key role of coach who might control the operation of the whole tam. A good coach is capable of grasping physical and psychological characteristics of each member, encouraging team spirit, making the best strategies in exchanging players, as well as bringing skills into fully play and getting the winning results. On the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper is intended to probe into the suitability of coach and team. Traditionally, questionnaire interviewees are required to circle the most appropriate area on the point scale following each question item. This surveying method, namely “dichotomy”, would mislead to the absoluteness of circled areas, and the definite ignorance of the encircled ones, resulting in distortion of the reality. To improve the traditional surveying methods, we employ the fuzzy statistical concept in questionnaire survey; i.e., the interviewees are allowed to circle more than one area on the point scale and write down the percentage of its change of happening. Based on fuzzy statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey, the definition, indicators, and warning signals of coach & team suitability are established as a way to evaluate the fitness and unfitness of coach-team interaction. Meanwhile, we also point out the traditional indicator was a special case of the fuzzy indicator and prove the fuzzy indicator was better than the traditional indicator in a practical way.
