How do the politicians use more interactive communication tools to communicate their policy demand to their voters? As political participation as concerned, how to find it easier fr citizens to access these candidates' character and standpoint is always an important political issue in democracies, especially in expressing opinions. Political marketing in blog, which follows several characters, "instant", "responsiveness" and 'interaction", provides an reinforcing channel for political participation. Therefore, this article focus on blog as a new political mareting instrument, and SWOT analysis: Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat, will be used in analyzing Taiwan's status quo and give it a further prospect. This r4esearch cites the model about "Spectacle/Performance Paradingm" in communication studies, and then combine it with a concept of "Political Esthetic Sense" in order to construct political blog for voters. Additionally, taking Taipei county magistrate's election in 2005 as a case study, especially, I analyze two main party's candidate's, KMT and DPP blog. This research finding, Chou His-Wei's blog appeals for "political view" for supporting; however, Luo Cen-Jia's blog focus on sensitive appeal for voting him. This research recommends that blog, a political marketing instrument, would be broaden its application as follows: 1. "sensitive appeal" is always a way to consolidate political community 2. "mobile blog" reinforces the political identity 3. establish a "public policy forum" 4. establish a "service for voter area"
