The teaching of 'International Law and Taiwan' involves two aspects, the entitlement of the territory of Taiwan and the legal status of the Republic of China. With the democratization of Taiwan, there are less taboos in terms of the teaching of 'International Law and Taiwan' at the college level. With the overall transformation of the international political environment (especially after the Cold War), 'The Republic of China (Taiwan)' expects to re-enter the international community, which gradually made 'International Law and Taiwan' become a mainstream subject, and been noticed by the international law society. This essay will analyze the development, goals, importance and limits of the program of 'International Law and Taiwan', and provide certain suggestions to revise the current context of the course, so to have the teaching of 'International Law and Taiwan' evolved to a newer stage, and to promote the innovation and development of 'International Law and Taiwan'.
