Results showed the original factors and items were expaned to 6 factors and 80 items, some items were changed or omitted because of their out-dated or repeatable reasons, good reliability and validity were established. The cutpoint to decide five varied levels of living abilities were also defined by the results of ROC curve analysis and mean average score and SD.
