摘要 本研究的主要目的在於針對目前大學一年級的微分基本公式，以479位大學生為施測對象，分析紙筆測驗後的結果，整理出大學生對於微分基本公式的錯誤概念，並分析試題變異數，以編製電腦化測驗之試題。 分析紙筆測驗以及電腦化測驗後，其信度都超過0.90，表示試卷具有優良的信度，因電腦化測驗是依據錯誤概念所編製而成的，表示教師之後可參考本研究所整理出的錯誤概念命題，找出大學生對於微分基本公式的錯誤類型，接著進行補救教學。

Abstract To explore the error type of basic differential formula, we implement an pretest on 479 college freshmen. Analysing the variance of each error type, we develop a computerize test in multiple choice format. Its statistic reliability for the outcome of the test excess 0.90. This implies that a Calculus teacher can identify student’s misconception from one’s result of the test, then proceed a remedial teaching.
