近年來強力籃球已成趨勢,訓練方法也更加快速、更具爆發力為未來趨勢,在比賽場上瞬息萬變,各種快攻的機會稍縱即逝,如何讓球員在分秒必爭的情況下,直覺反射做出有效快攻的方法與路線是很重要的一環,臨場經驗是靠不斷的模擬訓練及比賽刺激所形成的,對於大部分的年輕(學生)球員是較薄弱的。本文以快攻的定義探討在訓練中如何利用各項動機去教導(學生)選手,或利用意象訓練的方法去模擬情境,及明確自己在場上所扮演的角色,甚至透過選手在錯的行為模式下,爾後去瞭解為何會做出其技巧動作,藉由透過內在刺激去修正外在技巧且達到融會貫通之目的使球技更精湛純熟的境界。
In recent years, “power basketball” has grown into a dominant direction; meanwhile, rules and training methods have developed towards a pursuing speed and explosiveness mode. While situations change swiftly in basketball games, moments to carry on fast breaks slip away easily. Therefore, it is imperative to train player’s intuitive reflectivity in order to carry on fast breaks effectively against the clock. However, young student players, without of simulate training and stimulation from games lead to weak ability to react directly. This article investigates strategies that use different motives to instruct student players through exploring the definition of fast break, or the employment of the imagery training method to simulate situations, assisting players to understand the their roles in games. Furthermore, players can discuss the reason of making certain movement through studying incorrect conducts, correcting their skills through inner stimulation and improving full comprehension in achieve mastery of basketball skills.
