題名:產品類形與材質配置設計之關聯性研究--以運動類太陽眼鏡產品為例

本文透過產品類形與材質配置設計兩者間關聯性的研究,提供決策者做出適當產品設計規範,期使產品設計者規畫出吻合市場需求之產品。由於目前消費者選購運動專用眼鏡時,往往可選擇的款式太少,更遑論可以購買到合適之運動類太陽眼鏡產品;基於國內現況與消費規模屬新興小眾市場,取得產品與文獻資源不易,本文研究遂藉由文獻,了解各時期其「類形」與「材質配置」品牌間消長情況與關聯性,將其應用在研究方法之類形探討步驟中,分別建立各類形的基礎款式。接續,藉由田口式穩健設計法對眼鏡主要部位進行材質配置問卷與實驗,進而取得不同類形與對應材質配置設計之差異。從「專業形」、「休閒形」與「突出形」三類形中分析出,「專業形」對應男女使用者最具顯著差異;男性熱衷戶外運動者偏好「專業形」,其鼻樑部位之材質配置要求,則以多元材質配置組合的設計為主;至於「休閒形」與「突出形」則較受女性消費者青睞,其關注部位以「鏡腳後段」為主,於材質配置數以二元以下配置設計為主;此外,再藉由灰關聯理論分析前三類型參數,取得具有大眾需求的「通用形」產品之設計規範,則可供設計與決策者設計評估之用。
The purpose of this study is to enable policymakers to make right and proper design principles. At the same time, the designers can take advantage of it. They may design the products that respond to the needs of the market according to the study. It is difficult for consumers to choose a pair of sport sunglasses that are suitable for them because there are few related products available on the domestic market. Being a modern developing and small-scale market, Taiwan lacks data in this field. So I needed to find out the relationship between the product types and the material layouts in different times through the information of the foreign market's competitive brands, applying them to the procedures of methodology and setting up the basic model of different types. Then questionnaires about the layout of the materials in many parts of the sunglasses are made of Taguchi Methods to see the differences among various matches. After this experiment, I conclude that there are 3 types: professional, leisure and outstanding sports sunglasses. Men differ greatly from women in the professional one. Men enjoying outdoor activities like the sunglasses made of several kinds of materials on the bridge; however women only pay attention to the material in the rear part of the temple and show the interest in no more than two elements layout. Furthermore, I find out the design rules of the popular sport sunglasses through the analysis of the parameters of the former three types by Grey Relational Method. These rules are invaluable references both for designers and decision makers.
