為瞭解臺灣地區檔案管理人員參與繼續教育之現況、需求及態度，本研究使用網路問卷調查法，依中央與地方機關佔全國數之比例，採分層隨機抽樣方式抽取 800個機關為樣本，每個機關發出 1份問卷，共取得檔案管理人員樣本 800人，回收 574份有效問卷，回收率為 71.8%。研究者最後提出十點研究結果，並對我國檔案管理機關、檔案教育推動機構及檔案管理人員提出建議，期望研究發現能作為未來規劃檔案管理人員繼續教育政策之參考，以符合檔案管理人員實際需求。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of archivists’ needs and attitudes toward continuing education in Taiwan through an online survey. By randomly choosing 800 organizations, one archivist of each chosen organization was invited to fill up the questionnaire. Among the 800 questionnaires, 574 valid responses were collected. The returned ratio was 71.8%. Finally, the researchers presented 10 findings and proposed suggestions to the archival organizations, archival education promoters, and archivists. These findings could be valuable references for relevant administrations to plan archival continuing education.
