背景:在一般日常生活步行中,常常會遇到一些突發狀況或意外事件需要急速停止步態,步態急停是需要有效率且快速的改變動能方向及穩定身體,其髖、膝、踝的伸展或屈曲策略;前導腳的制動力及身體質量中心位置變化是重要的因素,過去研究指出身體質量中心的速度快速降低或改變方向容易造成踝關節外翻;在不同的速度下地面的反作用力亦不相同;下肢的肌力與走路速度有高度的相關,故在無預警不同速度步態急停時,哪些策略可以減少跌倒及傷害的發生是值得進一步的研究與探討。方法:收集國內相關文獻,以文獻回顧方式加以探討。結語:不同速度行走時對下肢的運動學及動力學皆會產生不同的影響,在無預警不同速度步態急停時,髖、膝的不同伸展或屈曲策略及下肌群肌肉能量的變化,可以減少跌倒風險及增加下肢的緩衝能力降低傷害的發生。
