題名:遠距跨國華語文教學--電腦媒介溝通學習成效因素研究

本研究將72位身在明州的美國學生與27位身處臺灣的師培生以兩人為一組,配為一師生小組。師生小組一對一由電腦媒介溝通(視訊、電郵、臉書等)合作完成遠距作業。主要透過同步視訊會議,師培生教導外籍學生華語文,外籍學生增進師培生華語文教學經驗,期能建立教學相長、互惠雙贏的遠距跨國合作模式。本研究在學生背景與學習行為分群分析發現:使用臉書、以及嫻熟視訊會議軟體的族群實驗組,皆在後測表現顯著優於對照組。由此推知擁有上網習慣與能力的學生,較能受惠於電腦媒介溝通學習模式。綜合上述結果,可知學生的相關軟體使用能力與經驗影響遠距學習成效,更可見行前相關軟體使用訓練,對跨國電腦媒介溝通模式扮演重要角色。
