參與休閒活動是減輕工作壓力的良方，幸福感則是探討生活品質的指標，消防人員肩負保障人民生命財產安全之重任，因此了解消防人員的工作壓力、休閒涉入與幸福感之相關性，進而降低工作壓力達到提升工作效率，確保人民生命財產安全，就更顯重要。本研究以雲林縣消防人員為研究對象，以工作壓力量表、休閒涉入量表及幸福感量表等研究工具進行資料收集。共發出284份紙本問卷，獲得有效問卷261份，有效回收率91.9%。研究結果顯示：消防人員的工作壓力對休閒涉入具部分顯著正向影響；消防人員的工作壓力對幸福感具部分顯著負向影響；消防人員的休閒涉入對幸福感具部分顯著正向影響。
Participating leisure activities is a good way to relief from job stress. Well-being is an index to investigate quality of life. Firefighters take a heavy responsibility for keeping and saving the lives and properties of people. Thus, it's more significant to understand the relationship among job stress, leisure involvement and well-being of firefighters in order to decrease job stress, boost the working efficiency and ensure the safety of lives and properties of people. In this study, the subjects are mainly firefighters in Yunlin County. In this questionnaire, subjects were requested to answer following questions: job stress, leisure involvement, and well-being scale. In total, 284 questionnaires were sent, 261 questionnaires were obtained and retrieval efficiency was 91.9%. The results of this study indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between job stress and leisure involvement; there was a significant negative correlation between job stress and well-being; there was a significant positive correlation between well-being and leisure involvement.
