     最大有氧能力的測驗,在運動生理學界及醫學界經常以最大耗氧量的測驗來代替 。 最大耗氧量的測驗大致可分為實驗室內及實地測驗兩大類,而這些測驗在過去的研究中都有 人建議使用。然而這些測驗的效度一直因研究的對象及方法不同而有不同。因此,本研究以 文獻回顧的方式分別從實驗室內、及實地最大有氧能力測驗方法,探討其測驗的信度與效度 。 從過去的研究顯示:12 分鐘跑走的效度最高。登階測驗的研究中,所得到的效度都較低 ,顯示這種實地測驗沒有進一步研究的必要。Astrand-Rhyming 測驗中因仍需賴阻力腳踏車 來測驗,故不如其他的實地測驗簡捷方便。實驗室內最大耗氧量測驗的信度與效度研究中: Bruce 的方法所測得的最大耗氧最高,故適合當作效標變項。
