　　　　　組織重組是組織追求生存及積極發展，對於不合時宜的組織結構及其工作關係等 作有計劃的改變，以因應新事務和新需求；組織重組的研究經常是政府變革的重要議題。面 對政府角色的蛻變和組織的變革正席捲全球，形成難以抵擋的風潮和衝擊之際，組織重組將 成為政府組織因應新局勢的重要行動策略。本研究之焦點是在探討行政組織重組理論，包括 重組之意涵、原因、目標 (目的 ) 及重組原則， 從而研提出重組的分析面向及應作考量， 以期有助於政府組織進行重組之運用。
　　　　　Reorganization is to conduct a planned change to the readjust outdated organizational structure and its task relationship in order to cope with new demand. Reorganization is always an important issue in government reform. The central topic of this thesis is to study the executive reorganization. The author is concerned with its definition, cause, objective, and principle. In the last, the analyzing dimension of reorganization and its consideration will be presented, and it is hoped that this research can be used for reference of our government.
