目的：團體心理治療療效因素是指可以促使團體心理治療發揮治療效果的種種因 素，也就是一種導致改變的機轉。本研究所要探討的主題有兩個：1.什麼療效因素會是參與 急性住院病房團體心理治療的病患們，覺得最有幫助的？2.有那些個別差異會影響感受的不 同？方法：以Yalom所提出的12項療效因素進行評估。再進一步探討病患之性別、年齡、 診斷對評估療效因素的影響。結果：渲洩作用，存在因素及團體凝聚感是病患們評為最有幫 助的療效因素。女性病患對每一項療效因素的評價均比男性高，其中有四項療效因素的差異 達到統計意義，分別是團體凝聚感、外現性人際學習、仿同作用與利他作用。年輕組在外現 性人際學習的評價比年長組高。精神分裂組在團體凝聚感、希望的灌注與利他現象的評價高 於非精神分裂組，且達到統計意義。結論：此一結果吻合急性住院病房團體心理治療的目標 與設計。病患的性別、年齡與診斷會影響療效因素的評估，這一點與國外的研究不同，值得 再進一步探討。

　　　　　Objectives: The factors which contribute to the success of group psychotherapy with acute psychiatric inpatients remain controversial. This study sought to determine the therapeutic factors for acute psychiatric inpatients and to rank these factors according to their subjective value in different demographic and clinical patient groups Methods: Yalom's 12 group therapeutic factors were used to evaluate the effect of group psychotherapy on psychiatric inpatients with acute illness after each sessions. Therapeutic factors were ranked by patients, and further estimated the ranking difference of patients' characteristics by Student T-test. Results: The most therapeutically effective factors were factors were catharsis, existential factors and group cohesiveness. Female patients perceived greater value in all of the factors investigated and this result was statistically significant for the factors of group cohesiveness, inter personal learning-output , identification and altruism. There were no obvious differences in the ranking of the various factors by age and diagnosis. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that wowen have greater perceived benefits of group psychotherapy, with the most important benefits coming from therapy which stresses group cohesiveness, interpersonal learning-output, indentification and altruism.(Full Text in Chinese)
