This study aimed to explore the current situation and the relationship among Workaholism, job self efficacy, job collective efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. For the organizations in Taiwan, the sample is based on the survey of employees of a listed company in Taiwan. The research tools are the Workaholism Scale (TaiWork), the Job Collective Efficacy Scale, the Job Self-Efficiency Scale, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale. The obtained data were analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Structural Equation Moldeling (SEM). The results showed that:
1. Employees with different background variables have significantly partial differences on Workaholism, job self-efficacy, job collective efficacy, and organizational citizenship behaviors.
2. Employees' Workaholism have significant positive effects in job collective efficacy, job self-efficacy, and organizational citizenship behaviors. The higher degree of Workaholism of employees related to significant tendency of job collective efficacy, stronger motivation of job self-efficacy, and the phenomenon of organizational citizenship behaviors.
3. The relationships of Workaholism and organizational citizenship behaviors are partially mediated by job self-efficacy and job collective efficacy.
Finally, discussions according to the results and the suggestions for the future researchers were provided.
