　　　　　資訊隱私在法律保障架構上應如何定位，涉及資訊隱私的法價值，及個人與國家、社會關係等資訊除私權法理課題。本文經由檢視美國資訊隱私在侵權法、憲法及聯邦法制所發展出的核心意涵，以及學者們就隱私權法理所作的探討，試著掌握資訊隱私的法課課題。由於資訊科技是推動資訊隱私問題的重要因素，本文最後亦由科技面，對資訊隱私問題作一分析。
