題名:營造以學習者為中心的教學環境之探討

     近年來由於新教學科技的發展,使學生的「學」與教師的「教」不斷的在改變,而以學習者為中心的概念。本文首先探討教與學的傳統觀,再從學習者特質的多元性、社會對人力素質的新需求、及建構主義對認知革命的再造,深入瞭解現代教育所面臨的新果題,繼而從教學的特色與師生角色的調整來瞭解學習者中心教學環境的面貌,然然申論教學科技與媒體是營造學習者中心教學環境利器的看法,強調利用電擔任教師、助手、及學習者三種角色來營造,最後主張傳統教學媒體素養是電腦為主教學科技的基礎,探出欲營造以學習者為中心的教學環境,現代教師仍應具備傳統教學媒體素養和能力的看法。
     new instructional technologies promise to change forever the ways students learn and teachers teach. In recent years, for the development of new instructional technology, the methods of teaching and learning have changed continually. Gradually, the learner-centered instruction concept has been developed. This tentative study will first define the traditional concept of teaching and learning, and then try to explore the new problems that contemporary education faces. The author will analyze these factors in three ways: a)the aspect of learners' multiple intelligences; b)the demand for the human quality; c)the influence of constructivism. Second, from the facets of the teaching characteristics and the roles of teachers and students, it clarifies for its readers the aspects of the learner-centered teaching environment. Third, it discusses that the instructional technology and media are proper approaches to creating the learner-centered teaching environment. It emphasizes that computers can be used as the tutor, the assistant, and the learner to help us learn and create the learner-centered teaching environment. Finally, it stresses that traditional instructional technology serves as the basis of new instructional technology. So the author proposes that the present teachers should be equipped with the ability of traditional instructional technology in order to create the learner-centered teaching environment.
