台灣社會多元化的發展,促使人們價值觀改變成物質功利的追求。然而,科技的進步造成產品生命週期的縮短,新產品的推出也更加神速,使得人們為了物質追求的願望永難滿足,因而頻添許多生活上的壓力。在消費過程中,對大多數的人而言,購買是一種正常且為日常生活的一部份。但對強迫性購買行為者而言,他(她)們卻無能力去控制自己不過度和不重複購買生活上已有的東西,這種行為常帶來嚴重的後果,進而成為社會的問題。強迫性購買是一種病態的消費行為,而且有逐年增多的趨勢。因此,有關導致強迫性購買行為的因素與行為之間的關係之了解實有必要,但台灣卻是少見。本研究採文獻探討法分析彙整出強迫性購買行為的相關影響因素,並建立強迫性購買行為的關係模式。研究所建立的模式包括:強迫性購買行為者本身的潛在特徵、強迫性購買行為的前提因素、可能導致強迫性購買行為的其他行為因素以及強迫性購買行為的行為表現。強迫性購買行為的前困和其行為表現的模式之建立與了解,對於理論的發展與實務的拓展有其貢獻,可提供社會學家與消費者教育者擬定預防及保護此特殊行為的策略之參考。
For most people, buying behavior is a normal and routine activity. But for compulsive buying people, they can not control themselves and compulsively buy stuffs that they already have. Today's young adults have been reared in a unique and radically changing environment; an investigation of the factors leading to compulsive buying in this generation is warranted. Our overall research goals is analyzing the effects factors of compulsive buying through a literature review of articles about compulsive buying and build a model of the antecedents and consequences effects factors of compulsive buying behavior. The model including: the relationship of potential characters, antecedent's factors, relevant behaviors and consequences factors of compulsive buying behavior. Build and understand this model could contribute to marketing theory develop and practice use. Also provide reference for sociologist and consumer educator making strategy of prevent and protect that special behavior group.
