既然生態問題與人生息息相關，深入理解古今中外的環境思想就成了「人生哲學」課程裡重要的課題。那麼，從中西哲人的生態智慧當中，我們可以覓得拯濟大自然的環境倫理原則與素養嗎？為此，本文首先簡述中西環境思想的學派；其次，整理出中西哲人生態智慧的環境倫理；最後，歸納出中國聖賢最關注的環境素養，期望為國人環保實踐的理論基礎盡棉薄之力。

　　　　　Ecological problem is closely related with our life, so to understand deeply the environmental thoughts of ancient Chinese philosophers and modern western philosophers has become a very important topic in the subject of Philosophy of Life. So are we able to find the environmental ethics and their environmental consciousness to save the Nature from Chinese and western ecological wisdom? Therefore, firstly, the article tries to identify the schools of Chinese and western environmental thoughts. Secondly, it finds out environmental ethics from Chinese and western ecological wisdom. Finally, it induces environmental consciousness of Chinese sages, and hopefully tries to do my best for the theoretical foundations of environmental practice in Taiwan.
