北伐戰爭是開創中國有史以來，以中國最南方的珠江流域北進統一全國的史頁。在戰爭開始時，蔣公面對的是十倍的軍閥兵力，卻在兩年半內完成全國統一大業。其用兵之神速與以寡擊眾的成就，實在令人讚嘆。 今年是北伐八十週年，研究蔣公在北伐戰爭中的戰略是非常有意義的。它不僅可提供吾儕用兵的典範，亦可為吾人今日之局提供一點省思。

North Expedition was the first war in R.O.C. history that started from the southern Pearl River basin area and toward the north for the unification of the whole country. At the beginning of the war, President Chiang Kai-Shek against the warlords who had military forces almost ten folds of his. But he still managed to complete the unification of the nation within two and half years. This was truly a very impressive achievement. This year is the 80 anniversary of the north expedition, he strategies in these battles were very meaningful and also worthwhile for us.
