本文係筆者 2006 年於某大學社會工作相關科系開授之課程的教學改進行 動研究。主要的改進設計為利用系列的實務作業，並配合教學助理的協助，引 導學生對社區工作的實務環境有直接的認識。透過學生在修課前後的前後測問 卷及教學者的內省，檢視實務取向創新教學設計的效果與適宜性。全文除前言 外包括四大部分：第一部分陳述本研究之設計。第二部分陳明採取行動研究前 的問題，及為解決問題的行動方案。第三部分為行動的結果，即對學生學習的 前後測資料進行分析。第四部分則為教學者的內省與探討，進而導向授課者持 續採行實務取向教學設計的可能調整規劃。

This paper is drawn from an action research for a required course community social work in a university. For the solution of some existing instructional problems and for helping comprehension about what community social work is, the researcher/ teacher designed an innovative instructional program and practiced it as an action research. This paper reviewed the program practiced and concludes that the program’s effect appears manifest in the comparison between the pre and past surveys of the students. A plenty of discussions about the instructional design, the process to practice and the suggestion and implication for the future application in related teaching have been introduced and analyzed.
