本研究案以象徵互動論爲理論視野,採用質性研究法探討大學音樂系學生「音樂人」角色認同。個人深度訪談爲主要資料收集方式,輔以問卷和田野扎記。影響「音樂人」角色認同的因素有「音樂人」的人格特質、與音樂的關係、對理想「音樂人」的定義、對未來的看法、學習、課外活動、父母、老師、同儕和學習環境。「音樂人」能否有正面的角色認同,與前述影響因素之間是否具有正面與積極、內在與自主、多元的互動特性以及是否有深化擴展的歷程有關。
This research wants to explore the role identifications as musicians of college music majors. Symbolic interactionism is adopted as the theoretical perspective of this qualitative research. Individual in-depth interview, questionnaire, and field notes are data collection forms. Factors that influence musicians' role identifications are personality, relationship with music, learning, extracurricular activities, definition of ideal musician, parents, teachers, peers and learning environment. Besides the positivity and aggressiveness, internalization and self-determination, and multiplicity among the factors which are interactive, the changing process of deepening and expanding is also related to the positive musicians' role identification.
